- Sure. Do you ever have the SCSI bus lock up when you're using it? That
- is a common symptom of incorrect termination.

- Yes. Try it; if it turns out that your combination of devices really
- wants three terminators (unlikely), you can always put them back (if
- they're socketed).

- Well, that's right on the edge of the "stub length" allowed by the spec,
- so it might work. Better to remove the motherboard terminators, though.
- And if the drive is relatively new, it has active termination, which is
- preferable to the passive termination used on the motherboard.
